This is the IN-PERSON option for those attending the conference on the Springfield Campus. If you are attending virtually, do not add this session to your schedule. Virtual attendees should add the VIRTUAL option to their schedule.
Session Options
This session is offered at both 9:30 and 10:30. The content is the same, so please add it to your schedule for only one time slot.
Session Description
Adjunct faculty play a vital role in identifying and supporting students in need. This session will provide an overview of the OTC Cares model, including when and how to submit a referral, what happens after a report is made, and how faculty can set compassionate, clear expectations while supporting student success. You'll leave with a better understanding of your role in our care and response system—and the confidence to connect students with the right help at the right time.
