This session will provide an overview of the OTC Cares model, including when and how to submit a referral, what happens after a report is made, and how faculty can set compassionate, clear expectations while supporting student success. You'll leave with a better understanding of your role in our care and response system—and the confidence to connect students with the right help at the right time.
