About me
I have a doctorate in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, and have been in education for over 26 years. My journey has involved working in early childhood through higher education. I have been part of the OTC family since 2011. By day, I manage the OTC Study Nursery, an infant/toddler program in partnership with Springfield Public Schools, and by night, I adjunct for the Early Childhood Development department. Both roles provide opportunities to lead, teach, empower, and guide students, families, and children to become the best versions of themselves.
